A lot of people try to get to their goals as fast possible So they think that means slashing their calories as low as possible They also normally pair this falling off track over the weekend because what their doing is too tough to stick to long term So sure you’re eating low calorie but your weekly average is still high which will stall fat loss or even cause weight gain depending on how much you’re eating on the weekends You’d be better off taking a modest approach vs extreme I’m talking a smaller cut that feels realistic for you to stick to 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 of week not just Monday through Thursday When you can improve your consistency you’re going to get the results you want But you won’t reach your goals by being too extreme and burning out whenever you get stressed, unmotivated or the weekend hits So strive to chase a more sustainable way of dieting Focus on being consistent And I promise you you’re going to move in then right direction when it comes to your fatloss goals - Need more help with your fitness goals?
