Here are some of the signs to watch out for; * Gaslighters downplay their victim's accomplishments. * They dismiss their victim's feelings. * They manipulate them into doubting their memories. * They humiliate their victims and then say they were only 'joking'. Signs you might be experiencing gaslighting are; * You fear you're going crazy and are becoming more psychologically reliant on your partner for daily life. * You tend to isolate yourself more and more. * You feel like you are walking on eggshells. * You are being isolated from friends, family, and those you once trusted by an abuser. * You are afraid you are losing your grip on reality. The first step to ending gaslighting abuse is to experience an AWAKENING. This can be the scariest part of your emotional freedom journey, considering a narcissist prefers that you doubt your reality and have zero self-confidence.
