Well, I'm going to let the cat out of this bag and say I didn't post earlier today because... I'M IN KOREA!!! It's currently early in the morning in Korea, and I'm posting this as Omma and I are eating our breakfast. Tiny Chef is still open this weekend, so please come support us and my badass crew! I would not have been able to spend this kind of valuable and precious time with my family, had it not been for my team. If you saw last weekend's post, you'll know the specials are the same since we will be closed 9/29 - 10/16, but here is a refresher: Korean Tostada AND KOREAN CHEESY CORN It's not getting any cooler, so come on by and get this refreshing dish! A heaping pile of Napa cabbage slaw, pico, creamy cilantro lime sauce (also vegan!), queso fresco, fresh avocado, gochugaru and cilantro, all on two crispy corn tostada shells. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND adding one of my proteins and an egg!! Also: KOREAN CHEESY CORN!! I received so many dms asking me to run this as a side on its own. Your wish is my command! A generous portion of this delicious, cheesy, and mouth-watering corn will be available both weekends. A vegan cheesy corn option is also available, so come by and get as many sides as you want! BOTH specials can be made vegan/vegetarian friendly and BOTH are gluten-free! I'm open Friday 6-10, Saturday 5-10, Sunday 5-9 and Monday 5-9.
