Yesterday was truly a lovely day. Not only did I go to Lou Lou's vintage fair, but I also met up with a dear friend after my weight in at @slimmingworld . I am so pleased that no foods are really off-limits, but planning & tracking is key! We went to Copper in Mapperley, Nottingham. The first time I've been, but I will certainly go there again. The service is fantastic! I had delicious Eggs Benedict. My friend had the full English breakfast. So well presented. Just look at those plates!!! A delightful place to brunch. As for the rest of the day. It's totally ok. Free and Speed Foods, here we go! P.S. Rubber Chicken novelty handbag.
