Norway 🇳🇴 labor shortages are through the roof now and the government is making multiple changes to make it easy for foreign workers to come in. 🙋🏾‍♀️ A landmark change was allowing the foreign worker to apply for their own work & residence permit ✨ 😱 How does this help? - Non EU Nationals now need a job offer (full time or part time) to apply for this permit. No sponsorship document is required. This takes the legal and bureaucrats liability away from your employer, making you at par with locals to hire. 🔥 To make it easier, Norwegian government has launched a job portal (in Norwegian).
