White Truffle Cheese Pizza! I know its #margheritamonday and maybe this fancy cheese pizza doesnt have all the traditional characteristics of a Margherita pizza but it lacked nothing when it came to overall flavor and crispy texture! That @darosariotruffles white truffle oil is amazing btw! Not overpowering but a subtle hint of truffle to the nose immediately and then a nice truffle’y aftertaste. Plus the oil just makes each bite a little more velvety going down! Pizza ingredients featured: Toppings - @belgioiosocheese fresh mozz, @boarshead_official deli sliced low moisture mozz & provolone, @darosariotruffles white truffle oil and finished with hand grated @parmigianoreggiano Sauce - @biancodinapolitomatoes crushed (recipe on home page) Dough - 63% hydrated @kingarthurbaking bread flour, 285g doughball (recipe on home page) Oven - @oonihq Karu 16 - pizza baked at around 550F (surface around 725F at launch) for 7 min (5 min on pizza screen) then transferred off to finish for the last couple min Pizza screen - @atlassteelco 15” screen Cutting Board - @kongboards custom board The not so plain ole cheese pizza!
