With rainfall sometimes exceeding 4 meters per year, the Borneo rainforest is one of the wettest places on the planet. Waterfalls abound wherever the rugged terrain ends in a steep escarpment. This year I have been fortunate to be able to participate on several expeditions into remote regions of the island’s interior, and as always the magic of the forest never fails to inspire a sense of wonder.
