#ad Well-being with @lunabar ✌🏼😌 In our day to day life, it’s easy to get caught up. This leads to that “my cup is empty” feeling at the end of the day. As a mom and teacher, I put my well-being first by trying to fill my cup throughout the day by listening to what I need. If I’m hungry, I reach for a Luna Bar. If I need to breathe, I practice a breathing exercise. If I don’t know what I need, I listen to my feelings and what they’re telling me. That way, I process my day in chunks and not get hit with all the needs and emotions at the end. It’s essential to take care of yourself and your well-being. You deserve it too. Whether that be going for a walk or packing a nutritious snack like some Luna Bars, don’t forget to put yourself first.
