Six years ago I never in my wildest dreams would've thought that I would take my kids alone to a Dodger game! I wouldn't have even been able to drive there. Yesterday I drove, stayed for the entire game, had a wonderful time, and drove home. Zero Anxiety! We even couldn't find her car after the game because it was so dark but there were so many wonderful helpers and we were in good spirits! If you are a parent struggling with anxiety, I see you and I love you! I know that you might feel so alone and hopeless at times. When I was struggling I thought there could not possibly be somebody who was as anxious as I was. It seems so impossible to write because I have literally worked with thousands of people who have had such similar experiences to mine, but when you're struggling I can feel so isolating and we can be so focused on ourselves and how bad we feel. If you're struggling please know there is so much Hope!
