“How does fashion and content creation tie in with medicine?” . To be very honest, I’ve always struggled to find the correlation. I’ve even tried telling myself that somehow, someway, I’m gonna make these two worlds converge . But in the recent months, I’ve come to realise that perhaps the beauty lies not in the correlation, but in the contrast between these two aspects of my life . The fashion world has provided me a space to dream, to aspire, and become someone I never knew I could become. At the same time, the work done in medicine keeps me grounded to humanity. It’s where I have the privilege to serve the broken and the hurting . Not one is better than the other, but with these two aspects of my life, I present my version of what it means to live a life that is worth living . For the longest time I’ve been trying to hide this other part of my life for fear of how people would view me. But this is my story, and I’m committing to being more authentic about my journey .
