We recently did a quick weekend in DC which totally made my kids feel like they were on a real vacation somewhere!😩 Listen all the kids need is a new scenery and a pool, and they are all set! We stayed at the @intercontinentaldcwharf which was a great hotel for children, and priced right, with a pool. All of the hotels at The Wharf are pretty new, so you can’t go wrong. Plus this one had an amazing rooftop pool with views of the Washington Monument and the Potomac River.🏊🏽 We went to a super fun interactive light museum called @artechouse where the kids got to enjoy the butterfly show, and all kinds of 3D immersive exhibits. They had fun mocktails for the kids too.🦋🍹 Breakfast was delish at @milkandhoney_dmv which was walking distance from our hotel, we made a reservation to make it easy. This place gets packed fast! Food was bomb 10/10!🥞 Next we headed to @smithsonianzoo which is a great zoo and lots of fun for kids.
