sticking to your diet: 1. Smallllll changes over time. Don’t jump the gun. Slowly decrease food every couple of weeks. We never want to go 0-100… this is how we burn out, give up & yo-yo diet 2. Increase cardio / activitity levels as well. A deficit is all about energy in vs every out. Food isn’t the only thing you can manipulate to create a deficit! Add in cardio, increase that cardio every couple of weeks if your not seeing the results you want. 3. Add more volume to your meals. Throw more veggies in the mix, eat slower digesting carbs, get creative so dieting isn’t boring. 4. Drink YOUR WATER. Your not hungry, just thirsty :) 5. Move more. Walk more. Park further away. Take the stairs. Walk around your office building at lunch. Literally just get up more often. 6. Stay consistent. Just because 2-3 weeks went by and the scale hasn’t moved doesn’t mean your not making progress.
