High protein carrot cake baked oats for a perfect breakfast! 🧡 Need a vanilla partner to make your fall recipes shine? I’ve got you covered! 🫶🏼 I’ve been using @earthchimp plant-based vanilla protein powder and honestly it’s hard to not add it to everything! ✨ make sure to follow @lucietraverse for more recipes ans save this for later ✨ What you’ll need: - 1/3 cup oats - 1 tsp cinnamon, pumpkin spice and baking powder - 1 scoop @earthchimp vanilla plant based protein powder (get 20% here https://tinyurl.com/mwkm7k67 using code 20EARTHCHIMP— I can’t stop adding it in everything 🥹) - 1/2 grated carrot - 2/3 cup oatmilk - 1 tbsp maple syrup For the topping: - a big spoon of plant based yogurt - 1 tsp maple syrup - 1/3 scoop of @earthchimp plant based protein powder - Sparkle some cinnamon and add pecans Directions: Preheat your oven at 350F. Add all ingredients together and blend it. Put in an individual oven safe ramekin. Bake for 30 minutes (might need a little more depending on your oven). In the meantime, prepare your topping and let it sit in the fridge until your oats are baked. When oats are baked wait for them to cool down before adding your topping and then sparkle some cinnamon and add pecans.
