Recording new classes for my app and this poem practically wrote itself. One of many poem downloads that seem to come to me when I'm sweating my ass off. 😅 Two art forms entwined In the hearts sacred chamber A masterpiece of movement To the cosmos amusement My breath tags along, enjoying the ride Sacred energies pushing me further inside Where free will meets ritual Like two rivers flowing into the ocean I am pulled effortlessly Into a state of devotion Each pose a stanza Each sequence a verse This practice is poetry Unraveling me first It's silent. It's flight. A path to the center Of my own brilliant light The seen and unseen Become one and the same.
