📍FÜZYON PROSTAT BİYOPSİ Hastalara füzyon prostat biyopsi uygulanmadan önce multiparametrik prostat MR’ı çekilir. MR’daki görüntülerden prostat kanseri açısından şüphe duyulan alanlar belirlenir. Bu alanlar MR görüntüleri üzerinde işaretlenir. Biyopsi işlemi için hasta uyutularak hastanın makatına ultrason probu yerleştirilir. Yeni tip ultrason probu cihazlarında ultrason görüntüleri ile MR görüntüleri üst üste gelir. Bu sayede eski ultrasonda seçilemeyen prostat kanseri alanları füzyon prostat da görünür. Areas suspicious for prostate cancer are determined from MRI images. These areas are marked on MRI images. For the biopsy procedure, the patient is anesthetized and an ultrasound probe is placed in the patient's anus. In new types of ultrasound probe devices, ultrasound images and MR images are overlapped. In this way, areas of prostate cancer that cannot be seen in the old ultrasound are visible in the fusion prostate.
