2023 Harvest at Château Mouton Rothschild What amazing, impressive and delicious experience. Thank you very much to the Baron Philippe de Rothschild team and to the family Rothschild for your welcome and kindness throughout this 2023 harvest. The program for this unforgettable moment included participation in the harvest on a legendary plot of Mouton Rothschild, then a convivial lunch at the harvest table with the Rothschild family. Afternoon started with a visit to the Château d’Armailhac wine cellar and continue with Château Mouton Rothschild. Finally, I tasted each of the estate’s wines in the Pauillac appellation, each of one in different vintages Château d’Armailhac 2017. Nice nose of strawberries, red fruits. Palate is quite long with great floral notes. Nice finish. Chateau Clerc Milon 2016. Delicious, nose is very intense and well defined. Very fine wine with beautiful structure. Château Mouton Rothschild 2015. What a wine. Color is red to dark with beautiful reflects. Nose shows a several floral and dark fruits. Palate reveals toasted notes with hazelnuts touch.
