Physique update 🥰 I took some progress photos last week and as you can see from my eyes being closed, I rlly didn’t intend to post these anywhere 🤣 It’s been a while since I’ve had some physique goals in the gym as I’ve just been training for maintenance, strength and enjoyment for the past year. I have lots of events coming up next year that I want to feel my best for and honestly I’m just really in love with my training at the moment. Coaching my @lottielucycoaching girls has also given me so much inspo and I want to take things a little bit more seriously and have some fun. What I’m going to be doing: ✨Maintaining/body recomp/possible slight surplus (intuitive eating) until January - where I will enter a deficit. ✨Working hard and giving my all in my sessions - focusing on strength for the next few months. PB timeeee🤪 ✨4 weight sessions per week. 2 upper, 2 lower. ✨5k steps minimum daily. (This may seem like a low amount, and the amount of steps we need to do differs per person depending on lifestyle and job. I may do a video on this!) - I will also up this when I start cutting. ✨hitting my protein goals 👏👏👏 I’m going to be taking measurements, weight and progress pics every 4 weeks, NO excuses workout wise. 4 per week is non negotiable (unless unwell🤞hopefully not) and I’m excited to be ON IT 👏👸 These next 3 months are for hard work and consistency.
