In quest of love, he roamed the world so wide, From mountains tall to oceans deep and wide, Through cities bright and forests dark he’d stride, Yet love, he found, was something hard to guide. He chased the stars and caught the sunset’s glow, In distant lands where wild and free winds blow, Yet in his heart, a feeling seemed to grow, That love was something he had yet to know. He sought it in the eyes of strangers’ faces, In distant lands and far-off, hidden places, But love remained elusive, ran its paces, Leaving him with unanswered, endless cases. Then one day, as dawn’s first light unfurled, He stood before a mirror in the world, And gazing deep into his own reflection swirled, He found the love he’d sought around the world.
