Today, October 1, 1968, in The Beatles’s History, the white albums sessions continued with, “Honey Pie.” Trident Studios, St Anne’s Court, London

Engineer: Barry Sheffield The Beatles returned to London’s Trident Studios for the recording of ‘Honey Pie’ , which began on this day. The backing track was recorded during this session, with Paul on piano, John playing electric rhythm guitar, George on bass guitar, and Ringo on drums played with brushes. They filled two tape reels with rehearsals and takes, the best of which was numbered take one.
