A5 wagyu, uni, caviar, ikura, and foie gras - this was the super popular “all-in-one” wagyu don. But it’s now levelled up at Tanoke. 🔸 In this updated premium wagyu bowl, Tanoke added two generous slabs of unagi fried in tempura batter. The Japanese wagyu was nicely grilled to a smoky crisp exterior retaining its juicy beefy centre, then topped with fragrant and crispy garlic chips. You can't miss the truffle shoyu, which lifted this dish by adding that savoury touch and that alluring truffle aroma. Even the soft and sticky Japanese rice was good on its own, but for maximum enjoyment, mix in the runny onsen egg. 🔸 Prices start from $68 for Australian Wagyu, up to $98 for A5 Japanese Wagyu.
