It’s just how you look at it, don’t dwell on the bad day, or the fight you had or the panic attack your afraid is going to happen again. chances are it will if you think about it enough. you see it’s all uncertainty really , one thing for certain is it happens to us all , nobody is exempt from the bad times..it’s the moments of joy in between I want you to focus on.
