Biography
I AM DIFFERENT started out as a cluster of ideas in a constant search for a different kind of sound, a characteristic identity and an artistic view of the world. It was formed in 2016 as a record label which presents the real culture of electronic music through its artists' releases, while supporting the idea of difference, equality and originality. The label has space and time for anyone who has anything special to show, for those who are ready to embrace that in the right way, and for those who are prepared to step out of all established boundaries for the sake of art. I AM DIFFERENT welcomes everyone who thinks, works, lives and creates in a unique and different way. The overall sonic concept is mostly open and free, but still fundamentally based on Techno and Minimal, and topped with the individual style of each artist. We find artist promotion, promotion of this culture and its ideas equally important as releasing music.
