Biography
Growing up, I was the smart, fun girl on the outside and a frantic, anxious mess on the inside. I spent years healing the pain of dysfunctional family relationships, including eating disorders and a suicide attempt, to break the cycle raising our sons. Today, I’ve been happily married to my husband for over 24 years to Jeff Pain, 3x Olympian and 2006 Silver Medallist. My passion is empowering parents to end the painful disconnection, stressful silences, and emotional blow ups to create relationships build on trust and respect. You don't have to give up or give in, even if you've tried everything and are at your wits end.
