صابر الرباعي مغني وملحن تونسي عربي. وهو معروف بأغنيته "سيدي منصور". بدأ الغناء عندما كان في 17 من عمره معجباً بالمغنين من بينهم محمد عبد الوهاب ، وديع الصافي ، عبد الحليم حافظ . قام صابر بتأليف بعض أغانيه. فاز صابر الرباعي بالعديد من الجوائز لمشاركته في المهرجانات الدولية ومنها: مهرجانات قرطاج لسنوات عديدة مهرجان الموسيقى العربية جائزة دار الأوبرا المصرية مهرجانات القاهرة الدولية المهرجانات الفرنكوفونية الميكروفون الذهبي في مهرجان القاهرة Saber Al Ribai is a Tunisian singer and composer. He is known for his song "Sidi Mansour" He began singing when he was 17 years old and admired the singers, including Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Wadih El Safi, Abdel Halim Hafez. Saber composed some of his songs. Saber Al Ribai won many awards for his participation in international festivals including: Carthage festivals for many years Arab Music Festival Award of the Egyptian Opera House Cairo International Festivals Francophone festivals Golden microphone at the Cairo Festival
