Schon als Kind singt Gregor. Läd' sehr früh erste Gesangsvideos auf YouTube hoch. Nimmt Gesangsunterricht. Doch immer nur als Hobby. „Ich hab nie geglaubt, dass ich Sänger werde. Das war immer so etwas wie Fußball-Profi. Irgendwie weit weg.“ Richtig Bock sein Hobby zum Beruf zu machen hat Gregor erst seit 2017. Er war Kandidat bei „The Voice Of Germany“. Schaffte es bis ins Halbfinale und ging nach der Staffel noch mit auf große Tour. Danach war der gebürtige Schwabe noch Teilnehmer beim Vorentscheid für den deutschen Beitrag des „Eurovision Song Contests“ 2019. Scheiterte aber während der Live-Show. „Ich war einfach viel zu aufgeregt. Aber es sollte glaube ich alles so kommen.“ Denn jetzt geht er seinen Weg! Eineinhalb Jahre arbeitete Gregor jetzt an eigenen Songs. Auf deutsch! „Ich hab lange überlegt, ob es deutsch oder englisch werden soll. Aber ich fühle deutsch einfach am meisten.“ Wie krass er es fühlt, zeigt Gregor Hägele jetzt mit voller Wucht.
