中学生の頃にMAX62kg越え 19歳の頃に1人暮らしをはじめ53kg越えのリバウンド。 これまでのダイエットの経験、コンプレックスの経験を生かしダイエット情報や美容情報を発信しております!🐥 トレーニングのモチベーションや、ボディーメイクのワクワクを たっくさんの人に届けられるように頑張ります!!! I weighed more than 62 kgs during junior high but managed to lose weight. Then at 19, I started living alone and rebounded back up to more than 52 kgs.
