After building a cult music following across the last decade, he is now one of Australia’s most sought-after beatmakers, with his distinct and emotively-rich style of production picking up millions of streams and fans from around the globe. Following the release of his highly acclaimed Songs To Break Up To, and sequel Songs To Make Up To, Ta-ku teamed up with Wafia on (m)edian, which saw them take the collaboration to the likes of triple j’s Like A Version, and NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert. The Red Bull Music Academy alumni and now Creative Director of creative studio, Pretty Soon, has also taken his passion for photography global, showcasing his 823 exhibition in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Auckland and Tokyo.
