Bienvenidos al Canal Oficial de Corazón Serrano. Corazón Serrano es un grupo musical de cumbia sanjuanera , que fue creado el 2 de febrero de 1995 por Lorenzo, el mayor de los hermanos Guerrero Neira. Son una familia que creció en el Centro poblado de Bellavista de Cachiaco en el Distrito de Pacaipampa, Provincia de Ayabaca, Piura – Perú. Fue bautizado con ese nombre como un homenaje a su tierra. Lorenzo y Edwin Guerrero Neira eran cultores de huayno, pero sus inquietudes musicales los llevaron a experimentar la mezcla de sanjuanitos ecuatorianos con la cumbia norteña y de ésta fusión nació la cumbia sanjuanera. Que es la carta de presentación para todos sus shows. A ellos se sumaron las voces de Irma y Edita. Actualmente es uno de los grupos de musica mas importantes del Perú.
