Sou professora de Confeitaria há mais de 14 anos, pós-graduada em Gestão da Educação na UniAmérica e formada em gastronomia pela universidade do Vale do Itajaí (Univali). Com fundamentos científicos e técnicos da confeitaria, estudei sobre marketing e empreendedorismo. Já profissionalizei mais de 37 mil alunas pelo Brasil afora.
