Biography
Náš sen byl vytvořit tradiční městský maraton podobný těm, které se běhají v New Yorku, Berlíně či v Londýně. První maraton jsme uspořádali v roce 1995 a zúčastnilo se ho 995 běžců. V letošním roce očekáváme na všech našich závodech 60 000 běžců z více než 70 zemí světa. Kromě pořádání maratonu jsme navíc chtěli propagovat zdravý, aktivní styl života mezi lidmi všech věkových kategorií, koníčků a zaměstnání. Pro ty co si zatím netroufnou na maraton či půlmaraton jsou zde nesoutěžní běhy na kratší vzdálenosti. ---- We wanted to create a traditional city marathon on par with those in New York, Berlin or London. In addition to the full marathon, we wanted to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among people of all ages, interests and occupations. We have prepared a number of non-competitive short-distance runs for those who are not yet ready to run the marathon or the half marathon
