Biography
Dünya Etnospor Konfederasyonu (DEK), geleneksel spor ve oyunların bilinirliklerinin artması ve yaygınlaşmasına yönelik faaliyetlerde bulunan uluslararası bir kurumdur. 2015 yılında kurulan Konfederasyonun merkezi İstanbul’dadır. Kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılan geleneksel oyun ve sporlara, bu etkinliklerin muhafazası, icrası ve sürdürülebilirliği adına destek olan kurum bu faaliyetleri bir çatı örgütlenmesi vasfıyla, daha kalıcı ve sistemli bir hale getirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Milletler, bireyleri birbirine kenetleyen ortak geçmiş ve birikimin tezahürleridir. Bu ortak geçmiş ve birikimin en önemli unsurlarından biri geleneksel spor ve oyunlardır. Ancak çağımızda, geleneksel spor ve oyunlar yok olma tehlikesiyle karşı karşıyadır. Aşırı şekilde kitleselleşen modern spor ve oyunların yol açtığı tek tipleşme, önlem alınmazsa, geleneksel spor ve oyunları geri dönüşü imkânsız bir sürece zorlamaktadır. İletişim: [email protected]
