Welcome! I hope to help you build energy, fitness & stress resilience through my holistic workouts and tips on this channel. I started Vanessa B Health TV hoping to help people with a lighter, holistic, mind/body encompassing approach to health and fitness after going through extreme burnout & fatigue as a personal trainer. Exercise is something we need for life, but also a huge pillar within your health that needs to be done relative to whatever you are going through. I realised in my burnout recovery that the style and type of movement I was doing was either helping or hindering my overall recovery, and so I urge you to always listen to your body and reach out if you need guidance on this.
