Hey everyone! Join this channel if you're into fitness. I've studied nutrition and fitness my whole life (in and out of school), while having worked in the fitness industry for 5 years. I've competed in Powerlifting and Strongman, having been trained by literally some of the world's best in the sports. My knowledge through books as well as my own trial and error from being a skinny kid to a somewhat muscular guy is at your disposal in these videos. I don't know EVERYTHING, no one does, but I know what worked for me, and I am excited to share with you my findings.
