儲雲春—波爺 中國神工獎創始人 瑞麗珠寶玉石首飾行業協會常務副會長 《中國翡翠》雜誌 編委會主任 中國地質大學 客座教授 GIYN翡翠鑑賞諮詢師 人社部寶玉石檢驗員 波爺，從2000年開始進入翡翠這個行業以來，就一直與玉雕師一起學習翡翠的原石、設計、製作。致力於研究翡翠的文化、藝術、傳承與發展。2007年設立創辦了神工獎，從創辦至今十五年來一直堅持對珠寶翡翠玉石文化的發掘，見證翡翠雕刻、設計創作的成長與壯大，淬鍊升級成為全國翡翠類最高獎項。
