안녕하세요^^ 요가강사배성희(카루나)입니다. 카루나는 산스크리트어로 사랑이라는 뜻이 있습니다. 먼저 구독과 좋아요를 눌러주시면 사랑으로 보답하겠습니다^^ 제 채널은 가족같은 편안함과 친근함이 강점인 채널입니다. 제 채널은 주로 요가와 필라테스에 관련된 영상을 직접 찍어 올리고 있습니다. 저는 2003년도 대한요가협회에서 요가를 2004년도 케어필라테스에서 지도자공부를 하였습니다 현재는 대한요가협회본원에서 일하며 ,여러 문화센타 , 관공서, 대기업등 에서도 요가와필라테스를 지도하고 있습니다. 그동안 요가와필라테스를 지도하면서 느꼈던점 부족한점등을 보완하여 좋은점들을 많은 분들과 나누고 싶어서 채널을 만들었습니다. 그리고 제 영상은 오랜기간 실전에서 지도를 해보고 많은 분들이 효과를 보셨던 수업 내용들만 올리고 있습니다. 영상 편집에 다소 부족한 점이 있더라도 양해해 주시고 즐겁게 봐주시길 바랍니다. 앞으로 쭉 발전하는 모습을 보여 드리겠습니다. -나마스테- 인스타그램 @karunayogatv 개인블로그 http://cafe.daum.net/yogaheaven
