Luis Daniel Frías Feliz, "DAHIAN EL APECHAO" nace en el Municipio de Villa Altagracia el 10 de Junio del 1989, es arreglista, pianista, cantautor, guitarrista, se ha destacado en el merengue urbano como el más completo. No obstante ha hecho y trabajado con grandes artistas del merengue y otros géneros . Desde pequeño sus padres observaron en Luis un gran deseo de ser artista y a la temprana edad de 10 años en 1999 teniendo como niño un sueño de ser un gran artista decide participar en el Festival Infantil de la voz donde por su gran dedicación, talento y disciplina obtiene el primer lugar en dicho festival, su premio fue una beca de un año para estudiar piano, logro que valoró y fue su más valioso ya que de ahí en adelante su historia cambia totalmente; a su vez puede Luis desarrollar su carrera y cumplir su sueño. Uno de sus primeros trabajos como pianista es para la agrupación Sabor a Cristo con el maestro Ezequiel Concepción teniendo una gran aceptación como pianista, por su dedica
