See the latest videos from Ravinia! Since 1904 Ravinia has been Chicago's "sound of summer," a place where you can meet up with your friends and hear some of the greatest music in the world. Each summer Ravinia presents everything from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra to jazz, dance, country, rock and pop on its three stages. But there's more to Ravinia than merely the world's greatest music. The not-for-profit festival hosts emerging artists at Ravinia's Steans Music Institute and serves over 75,000 people through its Reach Teach Play education programs. For as many people who walk through Ravinia's gate each summer, there are just as many ways to enjoy what we call "The Ravinia Experience"—whether it be a picnic on the lawn or a dinner at one of the in-park restaurants and seats in the Pavilion.
