This channel is about focusing your dopamine on things that will actually bring you results in life. Things like working out, meditating and daily goal setting etc. And we try to limit shallow dopamine activities that only provide instant gratification stuff, like for example wasting 20 hours a week on online adult sites, excessive alcohol consumption etc. DISCLAIMER: My videos are NOT here to try to force a certain lifestyle on anyone.
