Biography
Anita Mwarabu est auteure, compositrice, chanteuse et danseuse. Cinquième d’une fratrie de six enfants, Anita grandit, baignée par les sons de grandes voix comme Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Koffi Olomide, Lokwa Kanza et Papa Wemba. Riche de diverses influences, Anita Mwarabu a choisi de développer un afro-dance aux parfums ndombolo, azonto, R&B/soul ou pop, chantée en lingala, en français , ou en anglais. En 2015, Anita a été finaliste au prestigieux concours " Best Of Best" à Kinshasa. Elle place à la quatrième position, empochant 4000 dollars américains, reçoit des invités de marques comme Youssoupha, Singuila, Mohombi. Elle est actuellement signée dans la structure "Kin by Night " ou elle se prépare à sortir son premier EP "éclosion ". En 2020, elle ont signe dans le label Sony Music Africa, qui est base en Cote d'Ivoire.
