The world's largest ballet scholarship audition for dance students 9-19 years old, providing year-round educational and professional opportunities to dancers across the globe, and acting as a global network for dance, connecting students, teachers, directors and audiences. http://yagp.org/donate/ More than $4M in scholarships to the world's foremost dance institutions has been awarded to dancers at YAGP. As a direct result of YAGP's efforts, 450 alumni are currently dancing in 80 of the world's most renowned professional companies, including New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Paris Opera Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, the Royal Ballet, Mariinsky Ballet and Dutch National Ballet among many others. Although unable to hold its Final competition and Gala due to the spread of coronavirus COVID-19, YAGP has launched a library of online classes, and conducted the first-ever virtual scholarship edition, awarding more than $200,000 in scholarships to 2020 finalist hopefuls.
