Biography
I'm Ry, I cook for fun, and you should, too. On my channel you'll see a lot of meat going on smokers and grills, everything from Offset Smokers and Pellet Grills to the Weber Kettle or the Drum Smoker. You'll see ribs and rib eyes, tri-tips and jerky, briskets and pork butts. You'll also see tasty dishes prepared in my kitchen, many passed down from my mom. You also might catch the occasional review of equipment and gear that makes cooking (and life) a little easier. As always, you should follow all safety guidelines for food preparation and equipment. What I do is only how I do it--you should never attempt anything that exceeds your training or ability.
