Mini Blueberry Crumble 🫐 Absolutely love this little dessert! Hit’s the sweet tooth without taking a large number of macros/calories like a traditional dessert. For most people out there unless you’re stepping on stage soon or prepping for some sort of competition. A balance diet is all we need to see progress. Wanna lose weight? Eat in a deficit, maybe gain muscle? Eat in a surplus. My style of cooking and nutrition is to focus 80% of the bulk of you daily intake on nutrient dense clean food (for the body) then the left over 20% helps (feed the soul). So the more you can leave a little room for some fun foods here or there... In my opinion you’re way more likely to keep up with your healthy eating habits, for the long run! Isn’t that what it’s all about!? Ok now for the recipe ⬇️ In a pan over medium heat: 1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries 1 Tbs stevia/monk fruit 1 lemon zested and juiced Cook and let reduce for 10 minutes then set aside. In a bowl for the crumble: 1/4 cup oats 1 Tbs coconut flour 1 Tbs SF maple syrup 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbs sliced almonds Split blueberries mixture into 2 servings then top half of your crumble on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes Makes 2 mini servings 🤗 Macros without ice cream: 5P 31C 8F 201 Kcals It’s perfect as is, or with a dollop of whip cream.
