INSANE DESSERT RECIPE 😳 SAVE THIS ❤️ . Ghewar recipe 1. Take 20 ml clarified butter, Add ice to it and mix till creamy. Remove Ice & water and cream well. 2. Take 200 gm flour and 900 ml (approx) water, add to the clarified butter slowly while mixing. 3. Make sure there are no lumps 😍 The consistency should be thin coating. Keep the mixture in refrigerator and take out when you are about to use it. 4. Heat clarified butter in a pan, keep a mould and pour the batter from a height. Make gaps in between after few seconds. 5. You will get to know about how much batter to put in a few tries. 6. Pour hot ghee over ghewar to get golden brown colour. 7. Remove from mould and keep aside. Assembling the ghewar Pour some sugar syrup on ghewar, apply some rabdi, garnish with chopped nuts, Saffron water, rose petal and gold leaf.
