Back together again is where we’re meant to be 🫶🏼. Reina came back to me this week, to say it’s good to be back home together is a vast understatement. Things always feel better when we are together. I am so thankful and grateful for my family for stepping in and helping with her rehab when it is more than a one person job. She is a hard dog to keep quiet because of her constant energy. My family took the best care of her and it was the right decision to have her stay with them right after surgery. For her circumstances, she is doing great! She is so happy, and able to go for short 20 minute or so walks as we are about to be 8 weeks out from her operation. She loves the walks and is as happy as can be trotting alongside me. She has X-rays this week to tell us more about how she’s doing. This sweet girl makes me proud every day to be her mom. She is so happy despite everything she has gone through, and still just loves all the attention.
