One of the many highlights was going to @blerdcon yesterday with my bestie boo @rissa.gems, where we basically just cosplayed as ourselves😁😜 ⠀ This was just a taste of what went down but the con was amazinggg: the energy, the costumes, the creativity, the unity, the beauty; everything was simply divine🤘🏾✨ ⠀ It was fantastic to be around fellow blerds and artsy, alternative folks, and it reminded me of how important it is to live authentically and commune with those who do the same… ⠀ Sometimes we spend too much time pouring ourselves into productivity and don’t reserve any energy towards our deep, internal needs. And our true Self will ALWAYS request to be in the flow of creativity and expression. ⠀ Don’t let your brain talk you out of it, your art, tribe, and wellness are just as important as your work, and your work will be there when you get back to it. ⠀ So go out there and show all sides of yourself no matter what that voice in the back of your head says.
