Peach Camembert & Crispy Sage Tart 🍑 8oz of camembert or soft cheese of choice 1 T of creme fresh Pie crust 2 peaches Fresh sage Sugar Butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out pie crust and cut into 3”x5” (the size of a pop tart) Cut peaches into quarters and then cut the quarters into quarters. Add butter and brown peaches on each side in a frying pan over medium heat. In a separate pan over medium-high heat, coat the bottom with EVOO. Add sage leaves - watch them closely, as it only takes about 30 seconds to crisp up. Remove them with a slotted spoon. Put them on a plate lined with paper towel, sprinkle immediately with salt to taste, and set aside. Meanwhile, add the camembert and creme fresh to a food processor and whip. Scoop about one tablespoon of the cheese mix and spread on the pie crust. Add three fried peaches, then gently fold the sides of the pie crust up and over the peaches. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Once baked, sprinkle sugar on top and lightly torch. If you don’t have a torch, you can add the sugar on top before baking. Crumble the crispy sage leaves and top with Maldon salt. #peach #peachtart #camembert #summertreats
