ALLOW ME TO REINTRODUCE MYSELF 🙋🏻‍♂️ I'm Eru Shelford, Personal Fitness and Nutrition Coach to Mums and Dads who want to build strength and confidence, ditch the diet, and create their ideal shape! 💪🏼 My mission is to provide coaching and resources to empower you to overcome obstacles and create positive change in your life. 🎯 My aim is to provide guidance, support, and tools to help you navigate challenges, discover your strengths, and achieve success. 🍏 Growing up as a naturally gifted athlete, I was never really taught the value of nutrition or how to fuel my athletic ventures and learned more about it through trial and error. A FEW FACTS ABOUT ME: 🧁 Cake is my kryptonite and I'm not fussy about what type it is ⛹️‍♂️ I got offered a basketball scholarship to go to the US under the condition I would leave my current high school and play for our rivals.
