See recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: * Chicken (4 pieces) * Nando’s peri peri marinade * Yoghurt * Oregano * Mixed herbs * Chilli powder * Cooking oil * Lemon juice * Chilli flakes * Salt Note: please make adjustments and keep a close eye as the timing and temp will vary slightly from Air fryer to Air fryer. Method: 1. Make deep cuts on chicken for extra flavour 2. Wash your chicken properly and pat dry 3. To make the marinade mix together: * 3tbsp Nando’s peri peri marinade * 3tbsp yoghurt * 1tsp oregano * 1tsp mixed herbs * 1tsp chilli powder * 3tbsp cooking oil * 1tbsp lemon juice * 1tbsp chilli flakes * Salt to taste 4. Leave aside 1/3 marinade for later use 5. Marinate chicken overnight for best result 6. Air fry at 170C for 20 minutes 7. Brush using leftover marinade from step 4 8. Air fry again at 180C for 15 minutes Optional: You can add onion slices at the bottom of the rack while air frying chicken.
