GROCERY HAUL! 🥨🫐🧀 $68.41 spent at @samsclub this week on groceries. . Our Tiny Roommate has been under the weather with some sort of stomach bug. Which was pretty scary for a while over the weekend. She seems to be on the mend now, but as a result our weekend included a lot more carpet cleaning and a lot less floating down a river drinking beer than I’d bargained for. 😵‍💫😬😭 . Here’s what’s on the menu this week! 👇🏼 . BREAKFAST 🫐 Blueberry & yogurt parfaits 👉🏼 again, I know you’re all shocked. . LUNCH 🧀 Buffalo chicken dip 👉🏼 I love using blended cottage cheese in place of cream cheese to up the protein content on this one & make it something that will actually keep me full. 🌮 Enchilada pasta leftovers. . DINNER 🥩 Venison garlic steak bites w/ zucchini & cornbread. 🍞 French toast casserole w/ bacon 👉🏼 save your bread bits, throw them in a bag in the freezer! 🍕Pizza 👉🏼 probably BBQ chickebecause grocery lady forgot we were out of pizza sauce. 😬 🫛 Teriyaki salmon, rice & snow peas 👉🏼 holy moly these peas tasted terrible. 🤢 I swear these absorbed the flavor of everything that’s been in our freezer the last 12 months. But now they’re gone. 👏🏼 . 🧊 We’re still working through the freezer.
