I’m not sure how I’ve ended up in this position again, working for a company who wants to much from you for little compensation or reward but here we are, with the same outcome as last time…. I quit! I’m sad, I’m hurt, I’m tired and disappointed that I will be unemployed again because people take my kindness and willingness to succeed and use it to their advantage not mine. As cliché as it sounds I know my worth and I’m not going to continue putting my well-being on the line for someone else. Not today.
